What is West Coast Grace Youth Camp all about? That is a great question, but not an easy one to answer. Sure, I could just tell you that we have been hosting this camp program for over over 40+ years and quote to you our Mission Statement and leave it at that:

Our Mission: To reach unsaved kids for Christ and impact the lives of all kids toward growth and maturity in their life (walk) with Jesus Christ.

That is the "why" we do Camp, but not the "how" we get it done.
Camp is designed to give you a great time while helping you get to know God better. You’ll learn more about the Bible and what God expects from you! Not to mention the great friends you will have...not just for the summer, but for the rest of your life. This camp is organized by a group of churches who are affiliated with the Grace Gospel Fellowship. All of the counselors and staff are hand picked by the pastor's and camp representative's of the churches in our region.

We offer a wide range of activities including swimming, archery, rifle range, team competitions, Mountain Man and Mountain Gal contests, crafts, Frisbee golf, basketball and volleyball tournaments, ping pong, horseshoes and hiking!
We do have a Clay pigeon range w/ single shot shotguns! This activity will be supervised be an NRA certified instructor and will cost extra. This activity is limited to Senior High students only.
The camp has done some remodeling of it’s facilities and installed their very own Paintball course. This activity will be supervised and will cost extra. You MUST use their equipment (so don’t bring yours).
The activity will be limited to Jr.High, Sr.High & College
only.

W.C.G.Y.C. is a melding of three camps running simultaneously for one week. We provide a Junior Camp (Grades 4-6), a Jr. High Camp (Grades 7-9) and a Sr. High Camp (Grades 10-12) and our NEW College Program. There are times of shared worship and fellowship but each program runs independently.

   This Year's guest speakers are:
Junior Speaker - Pastor Gary Spikerman of Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI
Jr. High Speaker - Professor Phil Long of Grace Bible College in Grand Rapids, MI
Sr. High Speaker - Pastor Josh White - Grace Bible Church, Glendale, AZ
College Speaker - Pastor Glen Beauchamp - Community Bible Church, Rubidoux, CA

In addition, All counselors MUST also read, familiarize and sign the Safety and CPR Acknowledgment Waiver that is at the end of the Safety and CPR Training packets. This packet is in 2 parts. Part 1 is Safety and Part 2 is Adult and Child CPR.

  • Counselor Training Packet
    • This training packet is a great tool to help counselors prepare for the camp week. ALL counselors are required to be familiar with the information provided inside the packet.
  • Standard Camper Application
    • Here it is...Your E ticket ride to the best week of your summer! You and your parents need to read this application. Make sure that all appropriate areas are filled out and that you and your parents sign it. The state of California has passed New Legislation that requires Palomar Mountain Christian Conference Center to request a separate document for their records. To that end, we must ask you to fill out both our camp application and PCCC's Release Waiver for Health History. Once that is done, make sure to turn it into your local churches camp representative ASAP. We look forward to seeing you there!
